NCEA Level 3 Physics

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr H. Wiramanaden.

In Physics, you will investigate physical phenomena (in the areas of mechanics, electricity, electromagnetism, waves and modern physics) and produce qualitative and quantitative explanations for a variety of unfamiliar situations.

Recommended Prior Learning

It is recommended that students have achieved all standards (AS91168, AS91170, AS91171 and AS91173) in NCEA Level 2 Physics.

It is beneficial if students have achieved AS91257, AS91261, AS91262 from NCEA Mathematics Level 2.
